Where can I find my "Activation Code"?
When installing the Netspark Mobile application, you will be required to enter your Activation Code. The activation code is a unique six letter code that will be sent to your device by text message and email after creating a Netspark Mobile account.
You will also need your activation code when transferring an account to a new device or reinstalling Netspark Mobile after resetting a device to factory settings.
Your Activation Code will also appear within the Netspark Mobile management website and you can locate it by completing the following steps:
1. Go to www.netsparkmobile.com from a computer (not a smart device) and log in to the management portal with your admin username and password.
2. Click on "Display the installation link", located under the "Connection/License Status" column.
3. Your activation code will appear in the window that opens.
