How do I cancel my subscription?

Netspark Mobile offers a 7-Day Free Trial during so new users can try the app without commitment. If the subscription is cancelled within the 7-day trial window, no charges are applied. Otherwise, the annual subscription rate is automatically charged at the end of the trial window when the subscription becomes active.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must first remove the Netspark Mobile app from your device and then cancel the subscription from within the management portal. If you purchased your subscription via the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, you will need to cancel it in the Play Store or App Store.

Important: Removing the Netspark Mobile app will not automatically cancel your subscription. After removing the application, you must complete the cancellation process from within the management portal, Google Play or Apple subscriptions. If you remove the app without cancelling your subscription, you will still be charged.

In order to cancel your Netspark Mobile subscription, please complete the following steps:

1. Remove the Netspark Mobile app from your device.

2. Go to www.netsparkmobile.com from a computer (not a smart device) and log in to the management portal with your admin username and password.

3. Under the "Connection/License Status" column, click on "Cancel Subscription".

4. On the following screen, click "Yes, Cancel the Subscription".

5. Your subscription has been successfully cancelled.

In order to cancel your Netspark Mobile subscription on Google Play, please complete the following steps:

1. Remove the Netspark Mobile app from your device.

2. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.

3. Press the "Menu" button (three stripes on the top left).

4. Press "Account".

5. Press "Subscriptions".

6. Find Netspark Mobile and press "Cancel"

In order to cancel your Netspark Mobile subscription on your Apple device, please complete the following steps:

1. Remove the Netspark Mobile app from your device.

2. Open the "Settings" app on your device.

3. Press your name.

4. Press "Subscriptions" (If you don't see "Subscriptions," press "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then press your Apple ID, press View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and press Subscriptions).

5. Press "Netspark".

6. Press "Cancel Subscription". If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew.

We emphasize again: Removing the Netspark Mobile app will not automatically cancel your subscription. After uninstalling the application, you must complete the cancellation process from within the management portal or Google Play. If you uninstall the app without cancelling your subscription, you will still be charged.
