How do I change my protection level?
NetSpark Mobile allows you change your protection settings at anytime. The change can be made within the NetSpark management portal and NetSpark Mobile app on your device.
In order to change your protection level within the NetSpark management portal, please complete the following steps:
1. Go to www.netsparkmobile.com from a computer (not a smart device) and log in to the management portal with your admin username and password.
2. Under the "Protection Settings" column, click on the protection level menu (located under the on/off button).
3. Select the desired protection level and click "Save".
In order to change your protection level from within the NetSpark Mobile app, please complete the following steps:
1. Open Netspark Mobile application on your device.
2. Login with your device's username and password.
3. Press "Protection Settings".
4. Select the desired protection level.
