I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you need to reset your password, you can do so through the management website or from the NetSpark Mobile app. If you don't remember the email address you registered with or no longer have access to it, please contact technical support.

In order to reset your password from within the NetSpark Mobile management website, please complete the following steps:

1. Go to www.netsparkmobile.com from a computer (not a smart device).

2. Click on "Aready a User? Login here".

3. Click on "Forgot your password?".

4. Enter the email address you used when you created your account and click "Send". A new password will be sent to you.

5. Check your inbox for an email from NetSpark. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder and any email filters you've set up to make sure the message isn't being directed away from your email inbox.

* You can change your password after logging in to the management website, through your Account Settings.

In order to reset your password from within the NetSpark Mobile app, please complete the following steps:

1. Open Netspark Mobile application on your device.

2. Press "Forgot your password?". If you have set a specific user for the device, press "Sign in as Admin" and then "Forgot your password?"

3. Enter the email address you used when you created your account and click "Send". A new password will be sent to you.

4. Check your inbox for an email from NetSpark. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder and any email filters you've set up to make sure the message isn't being directed away from your email inbox.
