Installing Netspark Mobile on iOS devices

In order to install Netspark Mobile on iOS devices, please complete the following steps:

1. Open the Safari browser on your device and go to

2. Press "Download Netspark" and then "Install Protection".

3. If you already have a Netspark Mobile account, choose the first option and enter the new "Activation Code" and press "Continue". Your Activation Code is a unique six letter code that will be sent to your device by text message and email after creating a Netspark Mobile account. Your Activation Code will also appear in the Netspark Mobile management website 

4. Press "Install the Protection Profile" and then "Allow". When the profile downloads, press "Close" and return to the device's home screen.

5. Enter the device's Settings > Profile Downloaded.

6. Press "Install" in the top right hand corner. If you are asked to enter a passcode, enter your lock screen passcode. On the next screen, press "Install" and press "Trust" when the notification appears.

7. Press "Done". The installation process will take a few seconds. Now install the Netspark Mobile app. Press "Install" when the notification appears.

8. Netspark Mobile is installed successfully! Press "OK" to complete the installation. The Netspark Mobile app icon will now appear on your device's home screen. Open Netspark Mobile and press "Allow" in order to receive notifications.

9. Once Netspark Mobile is installed, a VPN icon will appear on your device's status bar. The VPN icon will always appear when  Netspark is installed. On some iPhone models, the VPN icon may be hidden and you can find by swiping down the screen from the top-right corner.

In order to ensure the highest protection level, we recommend installing the "password removal protection" feature which prevents  uncontrolled attempts to remove the app (for more details, click here).
