How do I add a new device to my account?
To add a new device to your account, please follow these steps:
1. Go to www.netsparkmobile.com from a computer (not a smart device) and log in to the management portal with your admin username and password.
2. Click "Add a Device", located on the top right of the page.
3. Enter the devices details, choose your protection level, and press "Continue".
4. Choose the type of license you wish to add (Mobile or Windows). Approve the terms of service and select your payment method. If you select "Pay with Credit Card", fill in your credit card details and press "Continue". If you select "Pay with PayPal", you will be asked to login to PayPal to complete the payment process.
5. The new device was added successfully! The new device will now receive an email (and text message if it's a Mobile device) containing a link to install Netspark and the license's activation code.
