How do I pause the filter?
In order to pause the filter, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Netspark Mobile app on your device.
2. Login with your admin email address and password.
3. In the device list, select the device for which you wish to pause the filter (the default selected device is your device).
4. Toggle off the Filter switch (located under the device list).
5. Select the time period for which you wish to pause the filter.
The filter is now paused. If the filter is paused for a limited period of time, the filter will be enabled after the selected pause time is complete.
Please note:
Pausing the filter will allow uninstalling Netspark without a password, even if the Uninstall Protection is enabled.
