How do I disable the filter?

NetSpark mobile allows you to disable filter at any time. It is also possible to disable the filter for a limited amount of time. You can do so from within the NetSpark management website or the NetSpark Mobile app.

In order to disable the filter from within the NetSpark management portal, please complete the following steps:

1. Go to www.netsparkmobile.com from a computer (not a smart device) and log in to the management portal with your admin username and password.

2. Under the "Protection Settings" column, click on the "On/Off" switch.

3. Select the time period for which you want to disable the filter and click "OK" on the following screen.

4. The filter is off. If the filter is disabled for a limited period of time, the filter will be enabled after the selected time period is complete. Please note! deactivating the filter will allow uninstalling NetSpark without a password.

In order to disable the filter from within the NetSpark Mobile app, please complete the following steps:

1. Open Netspark Mobile application on your device.

2. Login with your device's username and password.

3. Press on the "On/Off" switch.

4. Select the time period for which you want to disable the filter and click "OK" on the following screen.

5. The filter is off. If the filter is disabled for a limited period of time, the filter will be enabled after the selected time period is complete. Please note! deactivating the filter will allow uninstalling NetSpark without a password.
