Removing Netspark Mobile from an iOS device
In order to remove Netspark Mobile from your iOS device, please complete the following steps:
First, remove the Netspark Profile:
1. Enter the device "Settings" > General > Device Management.
2. Press Netspark MDM Profile > Remove Management> Remove Management.
3. If the "Removal protection" is enabled, you will be required to enter your removal password. Your can retrieve your removal password by logging in to the management website and clicking on "Display the password", which is located in the "Protection Settings" column (next to the key image).
Enter the removal password exactly as it appears on the management website (the password is 6 characters) and press "Remove" and press "OK" in the notification. The VPN icon will disappear from the top of the screen.
4. After the profile is removed, return to the device home screen and remove the Netspark Mobile app. Lightly touch and hold the Netspark app icon until it jiggles > Press in the X button in the upper-left corner of the app > Press "Delete".
